Welcome to the pilot version of Referral Link, AAHIVM's new

interactive directory tool designed to allow health care providers to

find appropriate clinical resources for newly-identified HIV patients.

This resource has been established in six pilot cities, as selected

by the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

The Referral Link resource is a pilot program that was developed under

a cooperative agreement between AAHIVM and the CDC. While useful

as a resource tool in the 6 pilot cities, Referral Link is being continually

updated and expanded. We appreciate additional information on resources

available in the areas included, as well as feedback on system functionality,

changed or updated information on the resources included, and resources

that are not currently displayed but should be added.  Please contact
